ABOUT

When people are stuck at critical life crossroads they sometimes need a clear sounding board. I help clients think through important decisions and make choices that let them move forward. Much of my work has centered on relationship conflicts, life transitions, depression, anxiety, parenting, assertiveness development and issues specifically related to seniors. I ultimately assist clients in leading authentic lives of their choosing.

In terms of my style, I take an active and collaborative approach and find my clients appreciate my direct and concise feedback. Adding doses of warm humor help us to connect and dive into meaningful work. Life can be challenging to navigate, therapy doesn't have to be.

I believe that clients should feel as though they have a good fit with their therapist, and I am happy to schedule an initial consultation to answer any questions about myself or my approach to psychotherapy.

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of California. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco and a BA from California State University of Sacramento. My license number is MFT 43859.
